We are not about stuffy weddings!  Whether your wedding is in a Grande Hotel, Private Villa,  or on the beach, your wedding will be all about you. Once we have determined your specific needs you will be paired with the perfect planner and together you will plan the wedding you've always wanted.

Brenda Wathey, Founder

Eighteen years ago Brenda took an idea and made it into a reality within two weeks of conception. "The first wedding was a little daunting but was so exciting to plan and execute that there was no looking back" Brenda said of the experience. Within short the business developed into a full fledged event planning company and so was born Artemia the highly successful go-to event planner on the Island. Sint Maarten Marry-Me is a seperate company but does enjoy sharing fabulous all occasion inventory.  To quote Brenda "this is a huge advantage to our bridal clients because we can provide them with everything they need to make their dream wedding a reality."

Wedding Planner

On the wedding day you can expect:

Your Wedding Planner performs many task so that on your wedding day you can expect everything to be taken care of. She will provide supervision for the set up of all aspects of the ceremony. Behind-the-scenes assistance in orchestrating your ceremony schedule is just one of the important roles she plays. Distribution of vendor payments will be made by the Planner and should you need it Access to the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”.

Wedding Coordinator

During the planning period you will be in constant contact with your coordinator. She will be there on the day to provide the following:

o   Coordination of reception set up: favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.

o   Coordination of reception details and liaising with Caterer, DJ, MC, Photographer, other vendors and helpers

o   Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly and all your plans are carried out up until dinner.
